Guys in today's world many people have the problems of depression, "not feel good factor" ,anxiety. So add times we can't find a way that how to deal with that situations how to fix that problems. We keep thinking continuously & we getting more and more stuck to that without even realizing that we are getting more involved in it !

Start the thoroughly conversation with the inner you whatever situations makes you in trouble and how can u find a solution . and what are the options and perspectives and how many options are there.
Utter every damn thing you face and you feel at that time.
It's a kind of mental therapy . Even you didn't realize that these therapy helps you a lot to make your "HEAVY HEART" lighter!
3)To convince yourself .Sometimes it is most imp to keep yourself convinced when nobody else.
So keep Self- motivated . It helps you a lot to saves you by many negative prospects . It is hard to trust other you share them your problems and they might be take advantages of yours or some have a glad to see you that u have! KEEP PATIENCE# KEEP CALM# KEEP MOTOVATED #
